Sam made his directorial debut with How to Curse at London's Etcetera Theatre. He has also written and performed two one-man shows, Seance: Live and How to Be Dumped: A Sort of Magic Show, at venues in London and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (2023).
A member of The Magic Circle, Sam has recently designed illusions for Uncanny: I Know What I Saw (UK Tour, 2023–2024), Jack and the Beanstalk (Theatre Royal Stratford East, Christmas 2023), and Village Idiot (Theatre Royal Stratford East, 2023).
